Program
Ski touring beginner course
At 9:00am you meet your mountain guide at the office of the Bergsteigerschule in Pontresina at Via Maistra 163. Who still needs rental equipment for the two days can equip themselves directly next door in our partner store Go Vertical. On foot or by car we soon reach the starting point for our first small ski tour. The mountain guide selects the terrain according to the conditions.
On two beautiful ski tours you will learn the correct handling and use of the equipment, ascent technique, avalanche search and the basics of avalanche awareness. We also give you a few ski technique tips for powder skiing on the way.
Skills
good and safe skiing on the slopes, fitness for ascents of 600 to 800 vertical meters.
