Splitboard Taster Course Davos
We meet 8:15 AM at Go Vertical Fullmoons shop in Davos Dorf. If booked you will be equipped with the gear, provided with expert advice. Afterwards we walk in only a few minutes to the Pischa terminal, from where we take the Pischa shuttle bus to the bottom station. With the gondola we reach Pischa, the other ski resort. There are no more ski slopes and ski lifts and the location is very sunny. Ideal terrain awaits you for your first splitboard touring experience.
The training includes: Introduction to splitboarding, handling of equipment (incl. converting from walking to skiing and vice versa), introduction to avalanche transceivers, ascent technique combined with a short ascent.
We conclude the introduction course with a downhill run including basics on skiing technique. The course ends at about 1pm.
