Skitouring Beginners Course 2 days in Davos
You'll meet your guide at the Fullmoons shop at Promenade 127 in Davos Dorf. If you need any equipment for the next two days you can gear-up here. By car or by bus we will drive to the starting point of our first short skitour. The mountain guide selects the terrain according to the conditions.
On two beautiful ski tours you will learn the correct handling and use of the equipment, ascent technique, avalanche search and the basics of avalanche awareness. We also give you a few ski technique tips for powder skiing on the way.
Complete the two-day beginner course with two nights at a special price at the Ski Touring Hotel Hotel Dischma in Davos village. Then your program looks like this:
You travel to Davos already on Sunday evening, after check-in at Hotel Dischma you enjoy a fine cheese fondue for dinner. The ski touring hotel offers you further advantages, you can have your thermos bottle filled up with hot tea for the course on Monday and Tuesday for free. If you wish, you can also order a lunch package for an extra charge. Of course you will also find enough space for all your touring equipment.
On Monday morning the rich breakfast is ready for you. The meeting point for the tour on Monday and Tuesday is right across the street from the hotel, so you are ideally located. If you still need rental equipment you can either rent it on Sunday afternoon in the Fullmoons store across the street or visit the store at 8am on Monday.
On Monday after the tour you will have a delicious 3-course dinner, so that you are ready for the second day of the course on Tuesday. During your entire stay you can also use the wellness area with sauna, steam bath, experience showers and relaxation room free of charge.
