Day 1
Ski tour on the Piz Palü
We take the first Diavolezza gondola up and then ski down to the Pers glacier. Here we put on the skins and prepare for the ascent. We look for an easy way through the Cambrena quarries with its impressive glacial crevasses. At 3730 m we deposit our skis and climb with crampons and ice axe up to the eastern summit of the Piz Palü. When we have good conditions, we will also go further to the main summit at 3900 meters.

Good to know
The temperatures and conditions must be right so that the tour can be made starting at the first gondola. When it gets warmer, we spend the night on the Diavolezza and start earlier in the morning.
